The municipality of Deißlingen intends to renovate the town hall in Deißlingen (Kehlhof 1, 78652 Deißlingen). The renovation includes the renovation of the roof, façade and interior of the town hall. The subject of the present award procedure is planning services for object and structural planning, as well as building physics.
The municipality of Deißlingen intends to renovate the town hall in Deißlingen (Kehlhof 1, 78652 Deißlingen). The municipality of Deißlingen will receive funding for the realisation of the construction work.
The renovation includes in particular the following construction work:
- roof renovation
- facade renovation
- Interior renovation
Some time ago, the municipality of Deißlingen commissioned an architectural firm to prepare for the renovation work. The architectural office provided property planning services in service phases 1 to 3 according to HOAI. Likewise, the planning services of the structural engineering of work phases 1 to 4 have already been provided.
In view of the close integration of the services to be provided as well as the complexity of the task, the services are sometimes tendered in their entirety with the following planning disciplines:
- Basic services for object planning for buildings and interiors according to § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10.1, LPH 5 to 9
- Basic structural engineering services in accordance with § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14.1; LPH 5 to 6
- Basic services in building physics (thermal insulation and energy balancing) according to § 3 para. 1 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 1, Section 1.2.2, LPH 1 to 7
- fire protection
A gradual assignment is intended, there is no entitlement to further assignment.
The services must be based on the planning services of the architectural firm, which are made available to the applicants selected for the bidding phase with an invitation to submit an offer. At this point, we would like to expressly point out that the offices commissioned so far are at liberty to participate in the tender in question.
According to current planning, the municipality of Deißlingen expects a total construction volume of around EUR 3.8 gross (KG 300-400 according to DIN 276-1:2008-12).
The planning services are to take place from mid-December 2023. The construction work is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2024.
In addition, the municipality will award planning services for the technical building equipment of plant groups 4 and 5 in a separate procedure.
The applicants selected as part of the competition will receive further details on the scope of the services to be provided with a request to submit an offer.
