This assignment has as its object the assignment in concession of the management service of paid parking areas, both surface and underground, on the territory of the Municipality of Melzo, without custody of vehicles, in the areas better specified in the annexes to the specifications and according to the methods and obligations indicated in the latter elaboration, for a total number of 298 parking spaces, of which n. 209 on the surface and n. 89 positioned inside the underground structure of Piazza Risorgimento n. 23 (underground parking – Silos located on floor -1). In this regard, reference is made to art. 5 of the special conditions. There are also works with the types described in the tender regulations and in the special specifications.
