The Contract is for the supply of materials, and hire of equipment, for the use by our in house teams to carry out repairs, maintenance and improvements to CHP's homes.

The Contract is to be tendered in 5 lots:

1. Electrical.

2. Plumbing and heating.

3. PVCu window products and glazing.

4. Other building materials.

5. Equipment hire.
