For the purpose of awarding the contract, an open procedure is launched above the Community threshold in the special sectors, with the award to the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to art. 60, and 95 of Legislative Decree 50/16 and art. 1 of Legislative Decree no. 76/2020.

Pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree 50/16 all communications relating to this procedure will be managed through a special electronic platform on the RES portal

Definitive and executive design of the insertion of the new bridge over the Torrente Enza and the elimination of the two level crossings, with changes to the road network:

• Move south of Via Montefiorino for the insertion of the new bridge over the Torrente Enza;

• Altimetric correction of the SP62R to reduce the height of the railway overpass;

• Modification of Via dei Frutti for the suppression of the level crossing.
