The subject of the contract is the provision of external transport services for the needs of the Sales Department, i.e.: transport of mineral water cargo or returnable packaging Buskowianka Zdrój from the warehouses of Busko-Zdrój Health Resort located:

Gen. Rzewuskiego 1, 28-100 Busko-Zdrój,

b) Wełecz 178, 28-100 Busko-Zdrój,

c) Zbludowice, Rehabilitacyjna 10, access from Strażacka 28-100 Busko-Zdrój street,

to the audience in the country.

The order was divided into two parts.

1) Part I of the contract concerns the provision of services on the so-called full vehicle routes indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ, vehicles with a load capacity from 5 to 30 tons.

2) Part II of the contract concerns the provision of services on the so-called groupage routes indicated in Annex 2 to the SWZ, vehicles with a capacity of 1 to 8 tons.
