The city of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler intends to restore the spa gardens destroyed in the course of the flood disaster of July 2021 and has commissioned its subsidiary, Marketing GmbH, to manage the restoration for this purpose. The subject of this tender is the planning services required for the reconstruction.
The construction project consists of three parts, which are only managed separately with regard to the funding background, but are directly related in terms of content:

With regard to the details of the respective partial construction measures, reference is made to the task and the service description.
The planning services are advertised in 4 lots:
Lot 1 - Services of open space planning according to § 39 HOAI, LP 1-9 and traffic facilities planning according to § 47 HOAI, LP 1-9 for parking lot on Oberstraße;
Lot 2 - Object planning of civil engineering structures according to § 43 HOAI, LP 1-9 and services of structural engineering according to § 51 HOAI, LP 1-6;
Lot 3 - Planning services of technical equipment electrical according to § 55 HOAI, LP 1-9;
Lot 4 - Planning services of technical equipment HVAC according to § 55 HOAI, LP 1-9.
A step-by-step commissioning is planned. Work phases 1 and 2 will be firmly commissioned as the first service level. Further service levels can be commissioned as follows: Performance level 2: Work phases 3 and 4, Performance level 3: Work phases 5 to 7, Performance level 4: Work phases 8 and 9. There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of further stages.
The subject of this tender is the planning services for technical equipment electrical according to § 55 in conjunction with Annex 14 HOAI in the service phases 1 to 9.
The construction costs for TGA Elektro are expected to be as follows:
Electrical installations incl. KG 557, KG 440 and KG 450 (Kurpark) 506.787,52 EUR
Electrical installations incl. KG 557, KG 440 and KG 450
(Parking) 75.355,00 EUR
The plant groups as well as the electrical systems in the spa park and in the parking lot are to be treated as a single object from a fee point of view.

The planning services are very urgent.
Completion of work phase 2: ideally by 15.03.2024.
With regard to the service description, the client is based on the HOAI 2021. The contract regulates the details.
The project is publicly funded.
