This assignment of services concerns the maintenance of collective combustion plants in different buildings of the client and carrying out the necessary repairs to ensure the proper functioning as well as breakdown relief. The installations are located in great Ghent.

The assignment concerns the collective heating systems for heating and, optionally, a connected device for the production of hot consumption water. The assignment also includes the maintenance and review of the collective solar boiler installations, if present in a collective combustion plant, and this in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.

The present Assignment concerns:

• Half-yearly visual inspection and review of the proper functioning with an additional report of defects and improvements with regard to simplified maintenance

• Annual additional work maintenance according to description in the specifications

• Annual reporting of defects and proposals for improvements regarding simplified maintenance

• Biennial statutory maintenance in accordance with the “BVR of 8 December 2006”, latest version, delivering a certificate of maintenance

• Delivering cleaning and combustion certificates

• Responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of smoke (gas) drains

• Carrying out necessary repairs to ensure proper functioning

• Roadside assistance

• Inventory

• Any inspection/intervention/maintenance shall be reported in writing to the responsible heating sites, either in the maintenance report or intervention report.

• Checking and setting the heating line, notifying the boiler rooms that can only work manually
