For all the lots, the consultation will lead to a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the public order code with no amount excluding VAT or minimum annual volume, and no amount excluding VAT or maximum annual volume. The amounts will be the same during the renewal periods if applicable. Cf. article 2-2-form of the framework agreement of the consultation regulations for the estimation of annual consumption.
