Lot 1 will be awarded to a single insurer for both risks in order to optimize risk control. On the other hand, lot n°1 does not include the management of Health and Pension Contracts, which is the subject of lot n°2 of this consultation.

Lot 2 will be awarded to a managing body that will ensure the reimbursement of Health Expenses and Benefits (stoppage of work) and is directed exclusively to organizations empowered to assume collectively the management of insurance contracts Health Expenses and Providence (managers or insurance organizations). On the other hand, lot n°2 does not include: insurance, the carrying of the risks Provident and Health Expenses which is the subject of lot n°1 of this consultation
