Procurement of furniture for the new Ibestad school. The project consists of a new 1st-10th year school for 120 pupils, 30 personnel and 40 before-and-after-school care places. Furthermore there will be the establishment of outdoor installations including planting, play apparatuses, access roads, footpaths and car parks, as well as the demolition of an existing club house on the site.

The new school building is to be joined to an existing arts centre, with the floor in both buildings lying on the same level.

The school building will have a gross area of 2,762 2, of which 2 488 m² will be on the ground floor and 274 2 on the first floor.

The existing club house (an old detached house with one floor) that shall be demolished in order to make room for the new building has a gross area of 199 m².

The project will be held as a builder managed sub contract where the contractor for the construction works will get the responsibility for construction site administration and progress control of other joint contractors at the construction site in accordance with NS 8405 point 16.3.
