Framework agreement for plumbing services for the Agency for Housing Management (EBF).

EBF administers approx. 5 300 rental properties at approx. 1 700 street addresses for Bergen Municipality.

The contract is specifically intended to apply for incidental maintenance work, as well as for minor renovation and alteration projects. Typical work will be the replacement of sanitation equipment, stopping leaks and unblocking pipes, renovations of kitchens and bathrooms with short deadlines.

Several parallel assignments must be expected.

EBF will prepare an order for each individual assignment. The order will specify the nature and scope of the work.

A time is to be agreed (as far as is possible) with residents (a contact telephone number will be given in the order).

Any collection/delivery of keys is to be agreed via email/telephone with a technical consultant.

The orderer must be told when the work has been completed.
