Gas Servicing and Repairs Contract, including out of hours call out service in respect of several properties located throughout Hillhead, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow. The current stock total is 742 units. However, the number of properties included in contract will vary, dependent on number of units undergoing planned renewal works. There are currently 71 new build units currently on site.

Whilst the contract is principally a servicing and repairs contract, Hillhead Housing Association 2000 (the "Association") may on a "one-off" basis require the provider to supply and install new heating and/or gas boilers. A Bill of Quantities will be issued at ITT stage for pricing.
