After the demolition of the multi-storey car park at the north end of the main building (house 30), a new building is planned at the location of the Vivantes Klinikum Neukölln. The area borders on the Kormoranweg in the north and on the Rudower Straße in the east. The new building will be attached to the existing main building (House 30).

For the planned project "New Building 50 Extension" of the Vivantes Neukölln Hospital, the construction of drinking water supply systems and wastewater disposal systems is planned.

The drinking water and sewage connections are made to the public road network.

The rainwater connection is made at the existing trench system.

A tender for insulation and fire protection takes place separately.
