The object of the contract is the supply and transmission of electrical energy for the municipal buildings of the City and the CCAS of Perray-en-Yvelines.

It is a single market concluded in:

- a fixed fixed price for the duration of the contract for the annual subscription;

- a firm annual unit price for the duration of the contract broken down into unit prices for peak winter hours, winter off-peak hours, summer peak hours and summer off-peak hours, applied to the actual consumption of each delivery point.

This market includes the supply of electricity to the customer metering point of the various municipal buildings.

As an indication, the current annual electricity consumption of the various metering points represents a volume:

- yellow tariff 568 Mwh (ten meters in number);

- blue tariff of 550 Mwh (48 meters in number) including 446 Mwh linked to public lighting.
