supply of electrical consumables

this contract is awarded for the supply of all electrical consumables necessary for the electrical installation and maintenance work carried out by the services of the municipality of Biscarrosse. The service includes the supply of consumables, the delivery of free-of-carriage supplies as well as the recycling of supplies and the reprocessing of waste. This contract is single-awarded. It takes the form of a framework agreement executed as purchase orders are issued. The Framework Agreement is concluded for an initial period of implementation of one (1) year from 01/01/2023. It is renewable by tacit renewal and by period of twelve months. The total duration of the framework agreement (initial period and renewals) may not exceed four (4) years. The Framework Agreement is concluded at unit prices which can be revised according to the conditions listed in the C.C.P. The Framework Agreement is concluded within the limits of: 20,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). /Year minimum and 120,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). /Maximum year
