The purpose of the public contract is insurance services aimed at a group insurance contract (retirement / death / disability) for current and future members of the policyholder's staff.

An allotment is not made in view of the indivisible nature of the services offered through the insurance services covered by this contract.

This contract is a service contract within the meaning of article 2.21° of the Law of 17 June 2016 relating to public procurement.

The technical requirements to be met by the services are set out in the third part of the special specifications.

By its offer, the successful tenderer undertakes to provide the services in accordance with these prescriptions.

Both the administrative and technical clauses of this proceeding and other documents applicable to this contract must be read and understood as a whole, with all the documents complementing each other to form an indivisible bid.

In accordance with article 85 of the Law of 17 June 2016, the awarding authority reserves the right not to award the contract. It can either waive the award or conclusion of the contract, or redo the procedure, if necessary in another way, without compensation.
