The purchase is carried out for the purposes of a commercial clinical trial project – development of innovative therapeutic solutions using RNA technology entitled: "Nanotherapeutic resistant to virus mutations inhibiting the progression of RNA virus infection, SARS-Cov-2" under the ABM/2021/5 competition; Contract No. 2021/ABM/05/00002-00.
6. The quantities given in the description of the subject of the contract that the Contracting Authority intends to carry out during the term of this agreement are estimates and may change depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority.
7. Successive delivery includes, m.in the costs of transport, insurance and bringing the assortment to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.
