General contractor services for the extension of the primary school Kaltenweide.

The city of Elmshorn intends to build a three-storey extension on the grounds of the Kaltenweide primary school, Amandastraße 42, 25335 Elmshorn.

A solid construction with approx. 2,082 m2 net usable area, approx. 2,548 m2 gross floor area, according to the enclosed planning, will be carried out. The building should meet at least .dem equivalent of a KFW 40 standard or better, this also applies to ancillary offers.

The airtightness of the building envelope must be proven by means of one or more BlowerDoor tests. An airtightness of less than n50 value 1.0/h must be maintained here.

It is intended to have the construction project completed on a turnkey basis by a general contractor. Concrete planning services up to approval planning have already been provided.
