The order includes the following 2 parts: Part I- Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Somonino, Part II- Collection and management of waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK),A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is attached as Annex 7 to the SWZ.

Part I- Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Somonino 1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited, uninhabited and used for recreational purposes in the Municipality of Somonino. 2. Emptying containers for separately collected waste at the Municipal Office building (6 pcs. Containers 1100 l. ,5 pcs. Containers 240 l.) and at the railway station in Somonina (2 pcs. Containers 240 l.) 3. Emptying containers at the OSP Fire Stations in the following towns: Somonino, Goręczyno, Ostrzyce, Hopowo, Egiertowo, Kamela, Kaplica (28 containers 120 l). 4. Collection of bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment and hazardous waste will take place in the form of collection directly from the property once a year, and in the absence of space in front of the property from the property with convenient access (preference is given to a place at the entrance to the property): a) Collection of bulky waste must take place in a separate vehicle enabling the loading of large-size waste. It is allowed to collect used tires when collecting bulky waste, but they will be separately transferred to management, e.g. by twice entering the weighing device at the place of waste collection. The contractor should have separate cards for the transfer of waste to waste of used tires and bulky waste. Waste collection must be carried out at least once a year in the months of April - June. (b) The collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment must take place by separate transport. It is allowed to organize collection simultaneously with hazardous waste, whereby the waste will be selectively transferred to the management plant, i.e. each waste will have a separate waste transfer card. When collecting waste electrical and electronic equipment and hazardous waste. 5. The Contractor undertakes to collect from the collection point, i.e. SP ZOZ in Somonina 13 Wolności Street, medicines unfit for consumption – 1 time per month. The subject of the part II contract is the collection and management of waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), which is located on the premises of the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Sławki, including waste from street bins. 2.
