The purpose of this contract is to entrust an economic operator with the performance of services relating to the transport and sorting of Recyclable Household Packaging collected in the Pays d'Ancenis for the needs of the Communauté de Communes du Pays d'Ancenis (Compa)

The services covered by this contract concern all of the following services related to recyclable waste collected on the territory of COMPA: reception, sorting, packaging, loading of sorted materials into the vehicles of the buyers with a view to their recovery and evacuation of sorting refusals to the local authority's treatment sector. The Contract is concluded for a minimum amount of €480,000 excluding VAT and a maximum amount of €740,000 excluding VAT over the initial duration of the contract of 12 months, then for a minimum of €120,000 excluding VAT and a maximum amount of €185,000 excluding VAT for each renewable period of 3 months, i.e. for a minimum amount of €1,920,000 excluding VAT and a maximum amount of €2,960,000 Excl. VAT over the total duration of the contract. Award criteria: - price of the services assessed in the light of the total price in euros (including VAT) of the DQE: 60%; - technical merit assessed in view of the quality of the technical brief and in the light of the sub-criteria set out in the CR: 40%
