The BBS I in Lüneburg is being extensively renovated and rebuilt. It is a detached building in Lüneburg. The 3-storey building is built in solid construction using precast concrete elements and masonry walls.
There is the removal of components containing harmful substances and the partial renewal of building services. Furthermore, the replacement of the window facades on the ground floor as well as 1st and 2nd floor, the renewal of ceiling, wall and floor surfaces including acoustic measures.
School replacement buildings in the form of containers are placed on the property.
The construction work will be carried out during ongoing school operations.
Noise-intensive work may only take place Monday - Friday from 2.00 p.m., Saturday and all day during the Lower Saxony school holidays.
