The contract concerns the management of summer camps 0-3 years and 0-6 years.

The service is fully detailed in the special specifications referred to in the tender documentation.

The place of performance of the service activities is the municipal properties used for the service of nurseries and kindergartens (suitable and furnished for this purpose), with the use of the equipment therein present as detailed and described in the inventory of goods that will be signed by the Municipality of Cesena and the Contracting Company in the space delivery report (free concession) and the service. The identification of the premises will take place on the basis of the registrations received and based on the actual summer availability of the school complexes. Charges and obligations regarding the proper management of the premises and equipment, are described in the Specifications attached to this announcement. The list of locations where the service will be carried out is attached to the special specifications.

The service is a partial extension of the services of Nurseries and Kindergartens and is organized for the number of boys and girls from 0 to 6 years old enrolled and accepted pursuant to the “Code of Regulations regulations on educational services, education and the right to study”, approved by resolution of the City Council No. 90 of December 14, 2017, to municipal summer centers by June 30 of each year of the duration of the service.
