The estimated value of the contract is € 1,134,172.77 (euro one million one hundred and thirty-four thousand, one hundred and seventy-two/77) plus VAT and is divided as follows:
• € 603,670.48 plus VAT, for the provision of basic services related to the hydrogen distribution plant of Iseo, of which:
o € 415,865.47 for Works Management services relating to the hydrogen distribution plant of Iseo, divided as follows, divided as follows:
€ 399,870.64 for the assignment of Works Management (DL) of the Iseo distribution plant;
up to € 15,994.83 as a possible CNPAIA 4% contribution relating to the DL services of the Iseo distribution plant;
o € 187,805.01 for CSE services relating to the Iseo hydrogen distribution plant, divided as follows;
€ 180,581.74 for the task of coordinating the safety and health of workers on construction sites during the execution phase (CSE) of the Iseo distribution plant;
up to € 7,223.27 as a possible CNPAIA 4% contribution relating to CSE services of the Iseo distribution plant;
• € 530,502.29 plus VAT, for the provision of any optional services, relating to the hydrogen production and CO2 capture plant in Iseo; of which:
o € 363,641.58 for Works Management services related to the hydrogen production and CO2 capture plant in Iseo, divided as follows:
€ 349,655.37 for the assignment of Works Management (DL) relating to the hydrogen production and CO2 capture plant in Iseo;
up to € 13,986.21 as a possible CNPAIA 4% contribution relating to the hydrogen production and CO2 capture plant in Iseo;
o € 166,860.71 for CSE services related to the hydrogen production and CO2 capture plant in Iseo, divided as follows;
€ 160,442.99 for the task of coordinating the safety and health of workers on construction sites during the execution phase (CSE) related to the hydrogen production and CO2 capture plant in Iseo;
up to € 6,417.72 as a possible CNPAIA 4% contribution relating to CSE services related to the hydrogen production and CO2 capture plant in Iseo;
