Open procedure, pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1, letter sss) and art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the award of the contract, falling within the scope of ordinary sectors, concerning the supply of a Global IT user management solution, lasting 18 months from the date of signing the contract, to be carried out with the e-procurement system. Ordinary sector.

The object of the contract is:

1) supply of Perpetual licenses;

2) system configuration:

2.1) design and implementation of the technological solution;

2.2) configuration and production release of the technological solution;

2.3) training on the job;

3) evolutionary maintenance;

4) manufacturer maintenance and assistance.

The total contract amount was estimated at EUR 273 600.00 of which:

1) EUR 210 000.00 tender amount, broken down as follows:

a) EUR 160 000.00: n. 200 licenses;

b) EUR 12 000.00: system configuration;

c) EUR 8 000.00: evolutionary maintenance;

d) EUR 30 000.00: maintenance of software licenses for 12 months;

2) EUR 63 600.00 amount for possible extensions, of which:

- EUR 32 000.00: 20% of point a);

- EUR 1 600.00: 20% of letter c);

- EUR 30 000.00: extension of a further 12 months for the maintenance of the software licenses, referred to in point d).

For the contract in question, the safety costs are zero.

Within the overall amount, the costs of the relative labor, pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, as amended by art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 56/2017, are estimated at 11 339,20 EUR.

The contractual relationship may have a shorter duration should the forfeiture, revocation or modification of the in-house assignment to ATAC occur, as required by municipal resolution no. 273 of 6.8.2015, without the recognition of any amount, also by way of compensation, in favor of the contracted operator.
