1) The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, protection of the forest fire protection, harvesting and plucking of timber and works from seed and selection, nursery, maintenance of facilities of tourist, recreational, educational and road infrastructure, to be carried out in the Kędzierzyn Forest District in the year 2022.

2) The scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and lumber, and works from seed and selection, nursery, maintenance of facilities of tourism, recreational, educational and road infrastructure resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ.

Package No. 3

• work in the field of forest management carried out in the forestry of Czajka and Niezdrowice,

• work on the forest nursery in the forestry of Czajka,

• all works from seed in the Kędzierzyn Forest District on recognized facilities of the seed base

Package No. 4

• work in the field of forest management carried out in the forests of Blachownia and Kotlarnia

Package number 5

• work in the field of forest management carried out in the forests of Rudziniec and Sławięcice

• renewal of fire belts

Package number 6

• work carried out throughout the Forest District using mechanical equipment in the field of: agrotechnical melioration and soil preparation and care of interrows in crops
