The assignment to be contracted is to quickly provide temporary workers and seconded workers on demand as flexible workforce for all locations of De Rooi Pannen where it is about the (short) replacement of employees of De Rooi Pannen.

— Educational support staff on a temporary or secondment basis to which a broadcasting collective agreement applies, leading to a framework agreement with up to three suppliers,

— Educational support staff on secondment basis, not subject to a sending collective agreement, leading to a framework agreement with up to three suppliers. The main hiring requirement lies within Facility and Occasional Administrative Staff.

The cost of hiring education supporting (including surveillance) and teaching staff in 2020amounted to around 800 000 EUR including VAT. No rights can be derived from this.
