“MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR CEMETERY AREAS AND STRUCTURES”

IN THE URBAN CEMETERY AND IN N. 37 RURAL CEMETERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CESENA AND UNION

Participation in this procedure is reserved pursuant to art. 112 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016, for economic operators and social cooperatives and their consortia whose main purpose is integration social and professional of people with disabilities or disadvantaged. The contract covers the following activities related to cemetery management and maintenance services.

A) SUPPORT OF CEMETERY ACTIVITIES porterage activities masonry activities B) MAINTENANCE maintenance activities walkways emptying baskets mowing activities grass C) STRUCTURE MANAGEMENT cleaning toilets, offices and changing rooms, necrophorae in the Urban Cemetery, monumental tombs, festive concierge. The specifications are detailed in the tender documents.

The contract concerns the following activities related to cemetery management and maintenance services.

Participation in this procurement procedure is reserved pursuant to art. 112 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016, for economic operators and Coop. Socials and their consortia whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged. As provided for in the Special Specifications, the Contracting Company undertakes to occupy a number of people for the entire period included in the execution of the service, including any temporary replacements considered disabled or disadvantaged, pursuant to art. 112 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, equal to at least 30% of

the number of workers engaged in total.
