The purpose of the consultation is:

- the management of an account for the collection of contributions, contributions and other payments of sums recovered by the CSSM under the recovery branch,

- the management of "current accounts", intended for the payment of social benefits under the service provider branches, the reimbursement of contributions, the recovery of undue benefits, the collection of contributions to the complementary health solidarity (C2S) for the AM , in the event of implementation during the contract, as well as the payment of CSSM operating expenses;

- the transfer of funds collected or surplus respectively to the “central current account” or to the “surplus escalation accounts” of ACOSS covered with the deposit and consignment office;

- the assumption of responsibility by the holder of means of payment;

- the provision by the holder of associated services.
