Fabrication of the Offshore SwitchYard (OSY) Platform for the Modular Offshore Grid (MOG) project including but not limited to: procurement (partly), construction, load-out, hook-up and commissioning of the OSY Platform. Main project schedule: Fabrication Topside during 2018 and beginning of 2019; Fabrication Jacket during 2018; Installation of Jacket and Piles by the end of 2018; Installation of Topside in first half of 2019.

The final contracting entity may be:

(i) Elia Asset NV and/or Elia System Operator NV; and/or

(ii) Any company belonging to the Elia group; and/or

(iii) A new company that will be set up by 1 of the of the companies of the Elia Group.

More information, if selected, will be given in the Invitation to Tender (ITT). The selection procedure to qualify for this tender is described in the PreQualification Questionnaire (PQQ).

The OSY Fabrication Contractor's scope of work for the Topside includes, but not limited to:

— Procure (partly) / Assemble / Fabricate / Complete / Commission the Topside structure;

— Load-out Topside on cargobarge and seafasten accordingly;

— Ballasting the cargobarge prior sail (tow condition);

— Certification of fabricator's workscope;

— Offshore hook-up and commissioning (including transfers / logistics etc.).

The OSY Fabrication Contractor's scope of work for the Jacket includes, but not limited to:

— Procure (partly) / Assemble Jacket structure;

— Load-out Jacket and Piles on cargobarge and seafasten accordingly;

— Ballasting the cargobarge prior sail (tow condition);

— Certification of fabricator's workscope.

The procurement of the Main Steel and some Utilities as well as the Jacket and Topside Installation do not fall within the Platform Fabricator's scope.

This tender is open for countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) and countries which have signed and ratified a GPA agreement or a similar agreement/treaty with the EU.

Further specifications will be given in the Invitation to Tender (ITT); the ITT is only issued to candidates that are selected in the pre-qualification phase of the tender as is specified in the PQQ.
