O Installation, configuration and operation of a WAN system to replace the current WAN system for all of The Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service's prisons and probation offices in Norway.

— Local internet connection to all of The Norwegian Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service's prisons and probation offices.

— Central Internet Connection.

— Access to Client web for operations and delivery status.

— Option on upgrading the speed and quality both of the WAN and the internet connections.

The agreement, which includes the nationwide IP network, will be obligatory for all prisons and probation offices.
