1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, as well as meadow and agricultural management and hunting to be carried out in the Płaska Forest District in Žilina in 2023.
