The investment consists in the design and construction of a selective municipal waste collection point in the Strawczyn municipality with full equipment, necessary accompanying infrastructure, m.in parking spaces, hardening and land development. As part of the investment, it is also planned to purchase the equipment necessary to operate PSZOK, i.e. the purchase of garbage truck, hooklift and dump truck cars. In the area covered by the investment, sheds for storing waste containers, social, office and storage buildings, truck scales, purchase of waste containers are planned.

In addition, it is planned to implement waste-free management in the Strawczyn Municipality by designing and building two lines to convert sludge from sewage treatment plants in Strawczyn and Korczyn into the so-called "soil improver".

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task in the design and build formula consisting in the construction of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in msc. Promnik, municipality of Strawczyn on the plot ewid. No 844/6. As part of the construction of PSZOK, it is necessary to design and build m.in. a social and office building, a car scale, a carport / hall, container sheds, sand partitions, gravel and salt, a washer. The implementation of the investment also includes the execution of hardened surfaces and the delivery of containers and containers.

A detailed description of the technical parameters of PSZOK required by the ordering party is included in the Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.

For the completed subject of the contract, the Ordering Party requires a minimum of 24 months of warranty.

As part of the construction of the waste management line, it is necessary to design and build m.in a shedding shed for a improver, making a sludge change line into a soil improver. The implementation of the investment also includes the adaptation of the building to the line for changing the sediment, the execution of hardened surfaces, a lime silo.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new three-axle specialized vehicle type garbage truck for municipal waste transport with a video monitoring system and GPS.

A detailed description of the technical parameters of a specialized garbage truck type required by the ordering party is included in the Description of the subject of the contract (also called OPZ), constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.

For the delivered subject of the contract, the Ordering Party requires a minimum of 24 months of warranty. The Ordering Party reserves that the subject of the contract must be delivered to the address indicated in the municipality of Strawczyn.

The Ordering Party requires that the service point (applies to service inspections during the warranty period) is located at a distance of no more than 100 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters (route on public roads) or that the service is provided on site in the location indicated by the Ordering Party (Strawczyn commune).

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new two-axle specialized vehicle with a 4x4 drive, hooklift type, for the transport of municipal waste with a GPS system and additional equipment, i.e. sandblasters and a snow plough.
