As of 01.01.2023, RSAG AöR has to reassign the recycling of PPK quantities from the area of the Rhein-Sieg district and the city of Bonn. RSAG AöR is responsible for these services on the basis of currently existing agreements.

The total service is awarded in six lots (with partly different paper qualities).

The following quantities are to be taken over and services are to be provided per lot:

Lot 1: Takeover, transport and recycling of "mixed paper" (transfer in bales) 7,000 - 9,000 Mg/a

Lot 2: Takeover, transport and recycling of "mixed paper" (transfer in bales) 7,000 - 9,000 Mg/a

Lot 3: Takeover, transport and recycling of the "coarse fraction after screening" (transfer in bales) 7,000 - 9,000 Mg/a

Lot 4: Takeover, transport and recycling of the "coarse fraction after screening" (transfer in bales) 7,000 - 9,000 Mg/a

Lot 5: Takeover, transport and recycling of the "fine fraction after screening" (transfer in bales) 7,000 - 9,000 Mg/a

Lot 6: Takeover, transport and recycling of the "middle fraction after screening and sorting" (loose takeover in containers) 14,000 - 17,000 Mg/a

General conditions (lots 1 to 6):

- The quantities are taken over in all lots at the location of the paper sorting plant in Bonn. In lots 1 to 4, a subset must also be collected at the Troisdorf site. The pick-up schedule must be agreed for the following week.

- The transfer in lots 1 to 5 must be carried out with "walking floor" vehicles or semi-trailers with side tarpaulins.

- The takeover in Lot 6 is to be carried out exclusively with container vehicles (container train).

- Transport and recycling (materially) of the recovered paper (incl. recycling logistics as well as disposal of the resulting contaminants/sorting residues)

- Proof of recycling in accordance with the requirements of the Dual Systems or in accordance with the VerpackG

Angebotslimitierung:

To ensure that recycling is also ensured in the event of a contractor's failure, a quotation limit is specified for lots 1 - 4. A bidder may only submit one tender for

Surrender lot 1 or 2 or lot 3 or 4.

A tenderer may therefore submit a maximum of one tender for four lots (Lot 1 or 2, Lot 3 or 4 and Lots 5 and 6).
