1. The subject of the order is the cyclical delivery of medicinal products to Hospital Średzki Serca Jezusowego Sp. z o. o
2. The subject of the order was divided into 20 packages. A detailed list of elements constituting individual packages are assortment and price forms - Annex 1A to the ToR.
3. The products that are the subject of the order must be authorized for trading and use in Poland in accordance with the provisions of the Pharmaceutical Law of September 6, 2001
4. The shelf life of each medicinal product must be a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery.
5. Delivery time of medicinal products - 24 hours from the moment of placing the order. In the case of deliveries on cito, the delivery time may not exceed 10 hours from the moment of placing the order.
6. The Employer allows the submission of partial bids for one or more parts of the contract listed in this specification - Packages 1 to 20.
