The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the contract description from real estate located in the Kocmyrzów-Luborzyca Commune, where residents live (uninhabited real estate, companies, family allotment gardens, institutions, cemeteries, are not covered by the subject of the contract) and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Kocmyrzów, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended), provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan.
