The contract has as its object the school transport service within the municipal territory, provided to all those who attend the Kindergartens, Primary and Secondary Schools of First Degree of the Comprehensive Institute of the Municipality of Alto Reno Terme, who request it for the connection home - school and vice versa, to be carried out with vehicles available to the Entrusted Company, with the presence of the accompanying person where the children of the kindergartens are transported (or where it is required by law) according to the annual school calendar, as well as educational outings for at least a total of km. 1,000 annually. For the performance of the service and the more detailed description of the same, please refer to what is established in the special tender specifications.

The annual amount of the service is equal to € 262,000.00 plus € 3,000.00 for security charges not subject to reduction, for a total value of € 265,000.00. The contract amount based on the auction estimated for the period from 01.09.2022 to 31.08.2024 is € 524,000.00 to which are added €. 6,000.00 for security charges not subject to auction discounts for which the total value of the contract for the first 2 years is € 530,000.00.

The total amount for the period from 01.09.2022 to 31.08.2026 (including renewal for a further two years) pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 35 paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, is €. 1.060.000,00 (tax charges excluded) of which €. 12,000.00 relating to security charges not subject to auction discounts.
