Extent

The customer intends to procure a restaurateur for Kalmar Castle.

The customer estimates the total purchase volume to SEK 6 million per year. The ceiling volume for the framework agreement is SEK 30 million for the total contract period. The framework agreement shall expire if the quantity claimed exceeds the ceiling amount. However, the framework agreement remains applicable to completed or ongoing call-offs.

However, the customer does not undertake to call off a certain quantity, but the assumed supplier is obliged to supply the customer's real needs.
