The subject of the contract is the maintenance of watercourses, canals and flood embankments in the capital city of Warsaw in the years 2023 – 2025.
The scope of the contract includes:
1) performing two works per year related to the maintenance of watercourses, canals and flood embankments located in the capital city of Warsaw (double maintenance),
2) current and intervention maintenance of order in the beds of watercourses located in the m.st of Warsaw – for the duration of the contract covered by the contract.
The subject of the contract has been divided into 8 parts.
Detailed scopes of work are defined individually for each part of the subject of the contract in the "Offer valuation forms" (in the form of bills of quantities), which, together with detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract, a set of location maps, constitute Annex 8 to the SWZ. "General description of the subject of the contract" constitutes Annex 9 to the SWZ.
"Channel 10 and Channel No. 19"The subject of the contract is the maintenance of the waters of Canal 19 in km 0+000 — 1+953 and Canal No. 10 in km 0+000 — 2+411 together with the current and intervention maintenance of order in the trays of courses (Dz. Targówek m.st. Warsaw).
The scope of the contract includes:
- Manual mowing of lichen together with the intake,
- Cutting bushes,
- Purification of culverts,
- Removal of rehauling,
- Removal of moles,
- Hacking,
- Site cleaning and waste disposal,
- Natural supervision,
- Current and intervention maintenance of order in the trays of the courses.

"Wilanówka River (Warsaw section)"The object of the order is the maintenance of waters r. Wilanówki in km 0+000-9+441 together with the current and intervention maintenance of order in the trough of the course (in Warsaw).

- Grinding mowed lichen,
- Cutting bushes,
- Removal of rehams,
- Site cleaning and waste disposal,
- Natural supervision,

“Służewiecki Potok”The subject of the contract is the maintenance of the waters of the Służewiecki Stream at km 0+00-15+043 along with current and intervention maintenance of order in the watercourses (Dz. Ochota, Dz. Ursynów, Dz. Mokotów, Dz. Wilanów m.st. Warsaw).
The scope of the contract includes:
- Mechanical mowing of lichen,
- Manual mowing of lichen,
- Grinding mowed lichen,
- Cutting bushes,
- Cleansing the culvert,
- Site cleaning and waste disposal,
- Natural supervision,
- Current and intervention maintenance of order in the trays of the courses.

“Latoszka Canal and Powsiński Canal”The subject of the order is the maintenance of the waters of the Powsiński Canal in km 0+000-6+936 and the Latoszka Canal in km 0+000-2+056 together with the current and intervention maintenance of order in the corridors of the course (Dz. Wilanów (Dz. Wilanów m.st. Warsaw).
The scope of the contract includes:
- Mechanical mowing of lichen,
- Manual mowing of lichen,
- Grinding mowed lichen,
- Cutting bushes,
- Site cleaning and waste disposal,
- Current and intervention maintenance of order in the trays of the courses.

“Jabłonna Struga and Henrykowski Canal”The subject of the order is to maintain the waters of the Henrykowski Canal in km 0+000 — 9+638 along with the Henrykowski Canal Circle Canal in km 0+000 — 0+089 and Struga Jabłonna in km 0+000 — 1+838 together with current and intervention maintenance of order in the corridors of courses (Journal of Białołęka m.st. Warsaw).
The scope of the contract includes:
- Manual mowing of lichen together with the intake,
- Cutting bushes,
- Purification of culverts and inlet and outlet from shaft mucus from sluice and other impurities,
- Removal of rehauling,
- Removal of moles,
- Site cleaning and waste disposal,
- Natural supervision,
- Current and intervention maintenance of order in the trays of the courses.

“Bielanski Potok”The subject of the order is the maintenance of the waters of the Bielański Potok in km 0+000-3+788 together with the current and intervention maintenance of order in the trough of the course (Journal of Bielany (Journal of Bielany, Warsaw).
The scope of the contract includes:
- Mechanical mowing of lichen,
- Manual mowing of lichen,
- Raking mowed lichens
- Cutting bushes,
- Removal of rehauling,
- Extraction from the bottom of the course of root plants,
- Site cleaning and waste disposal,
- Current and intervention maintenance of order in the trays of the courses.

“Long River with ramparts”The subject of the order is the maintenance of the waters of the Długiej River in km 0+000-5+450 together with the current and intervention maintenance of order in the course trough (Dz. Białołęka m.st. Warsaw).
The scope of the contract includes:
- Mechanical mowing of lichen,
- Manual mowing of lichen,
- Grinding mowed lichen,
- Hacking,
- Elimination of point land defects in the escarpments of the flood shaft of the Long River,
- Site cleaning and waste disposal,
- Natural supervision,
- Current and intervention maintenance of order in the trays of the courses.

“Canal Bródnowski Dolny together with DoGuide A”The subject of the order is the maintenance of the waters of the Bródnowski Lower Canal in km 19+020 — 20+471 and DoGuide A in km 0+130 — 2+616 together with the current and intervention maintenance of order in the course trays (Journal of Białołęka m.st. Warsaw)
The scope of the contract includes:
- Manual mowing of lichen together with the intake,
- Cutting bushes,
- Purification of culverts from moam and other impurities,
- Removal of debris and congestion from leaves, sticks and branches,
- Site cleaning and waste disposal,
- Current and intervention maintenance of order in the trays of the courses.
