Delivery of electrical parts for trams for MPK Sp. z o.o. divided into 2 tasks

The subject of the contract are the supply of electrical parts for trams for MPK Sp. z o.o. divided into 2 tasks:

1) Task No. 1: delivery of spare parts for Enika drive for Moderus Beta MF 24 AC trams,

2) Task No. 2: delivery of harnesses for trolleys for Pesa 210NW trams

on the terms specified in the contract and in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, requirements and expectations of the Employer includes:

1) Model Agreement - WU (Annex No 1 to SWZ),

2) Description of the subject of the order - OPZ (Annex No 2 to SWZ),

which are an integral part of the Order Terms Specification (SWZ).

Task No. 1: Delivery of spare parts for Enika drive for Moderus Beta MF 24 AC trams

The subject of Task No. 1 is the supply of spare parts for the Enika drive for Moderus Beta MF 24 AC trams,

under the terms specified in the contract and in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract

Task No. 2: Delivery of harnesses for trolleys for Pesa 210NW trams

The subject of task No. 2 is the supply of harnesses for trolleys for Pesa 210NW trams,

under the terms specified in the contract and in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract
