The subject of the order is the printing and distribution of exam materials in the field of general education in 2023, i.e. the 8th grader's exam, the baccalaureate exam, the central entrance exam, the exam of which is defined in the following tasks:

Task 1 concerns the 8th grader's exam in May and June 2023

Task 2 concerns the baccalaureate exam in May, June and August 2023

Task 3 refers to the Central Entrance Examination in June 2023

Task 4 deals with externalist exams in October 2023

1.The subject of the order is the printing and distribution of exam materials in the field of general education in 2023, i.e. the 8th grader's exam, the baccalaureate exam, the central entrance exam, the exam of which is defined in the following tasks:

Task 1 Preparation for printing, printing, copying CDs packaging (stitching, inserting, segregating), packaging and securing parcels and distribution to schools, OKE and CKE exam materials for the examination of the eighth grader in May and June 2023;

Task 2 Preparation for printing, printing, copying CDs packaging (stitching, inserting, segregating), packaging and securing parcels and distribution to schools, OKE and CKE exam materials for conducting the baccalaureate exam in May, June and August 2023;

Task 3 Preparation for printing, printing, packaging (stitching, inserting, segregation), packaging and securing packages and distribution to OKE of exam materials for conducting the central entrance examination in June 2023;

Task 4 Preparation for printing, printing, copying CDs packing (stitching, inserting, segregating) packing and securing parcels and distribution to OKE of exam materials for conducting extermination examinations in October 2023;

2.The detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3.The Contractor is obliged to ensure the performance of activities related to access to the content of the examination materials, i.e. before protecting them against unauthorized disclosure only by persons employed by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code, in accordance with the provisions of the model contract, which is annex no. 5 to the SWZ.

4.The Contractor undertakes within 14 days from the date of signing the Agreement to provide proof of the conclusion of the third party policy together with the paid due premium. The Contractor is obliged to conclude at his expense and maintain liability insurance during the period of implementation of the contract on the award of the public contract. The OC policy must meet at least the conditions set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ in total.

5. The Contracting Authority does not provide for submission of partial tenders. The order is one of the parts of the order for printing and distribution of examination materials carried out by the Ordering Party.

6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the submission of variant tenders.

7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of similar contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law of the Pzp.

8. The Ordering Party does not require and does not allow the submission of an offer in the form of electronic catalogs or the attachment of electronic catalogues to the offer, in the situation specified in Article 93 of the Polish Law.

9. Prior to the initiation of the procedure, the Ordering Party conducted market consultations pursuant to Article 84 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 and posted on its own website the information obtained by consultation: https://bip.cke.gov.pl/.

10. The form of settlements with the Contractor is of a cost estimate. Appendix 1 to the SWZ - OPZ contains detailed deadlines for the execution of the order, the number of examination materials, envelopes, plates, packages and services.
