With this procedure Avinor Flysikring AS (hereafter referred to as Avinor ANS) has the intention to establish contract(s) of service with supplier(s) of a complete managed Controller Pilot Datalink Communications (CPDLC, also referred to as Datalink) Service, including an implementation of ATN/VDL Mode 2 Datalink Communication Service. The EU Regulation (EC) No 29/2009, amended by EU IR No 2015/310 and EU IR No 2019/1170, lays down the requirements to Datalink services.
