Statsbygg owns Bodø Prison, Hålogaland Gate 91, 8007 Bodø, with heated buildings of approx. 5 400 sqm. Award authority wants to enter into a contract with a supplier of readily available heat for heating buildings and tap water. The planned contest’s effect requirements does not trigger a license requirement for a potetial district heating system.

Statsbygg will enter into a contract on behalf of Correctional Services at Bodø prison, which will be award authority’s contracting party. The contract period will initially be 5 years, with an option of 3 + 2 years.

People who work within the prison area shall have clean records and be able to display a complete police report (no older than 1 year).
