The procurement is for a joint contract for a Lifting Platform, for the alteration of and a new building for Sandøytunet. Sandøytunet is located on Harøya in Sandøy kommune.
Sandøy kommune has undertaken the reconstruction and expansion of Sandøytunet. The Contracting Authority wishes to use this project to modernise and expand the care base and the commercial kitchen, build new sheltered accommodations and common premises for the health services in the municipality.
At the same time, the other public offices in the municipality will be built in this project and a meeting place will be created for the residents. Thus, there is talk of reconstruction, new construction in several parts and facilitation of outdoor areas with a sensory garden and parking area etc.
The project will also entail demolition of the existing buildings with delivery to an approved site. The combined building area included in the project is approx. 3 000 m
