Delivery and implementation of server hardware with system and tool software as part of the project entitled "Increasing the availability of e-services for the city of Starachowice"
The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of server hardware along with system and tool software as part of the project entitled "Increasing the availability of e-services for the city of Starachowice". A detailed description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. Labor Code, persons performing activities related to the implementation of the contract. The order is financed from the program: "Increasing the availability of e-services for the city of Starachowice" under the Regional Operational Program of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 (RPOWŚ 2014-2020), Priority Axis 7. Efficient public services, Measure 7.1 Development of e-society". The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit, before signing the contract, a declaration that it is not subject to any decision on exclusion or temporary suspension by the European Investment Bank (EIB). The EIB's Exclusion Policy is available at https://www.eib.org/en/about/accountability/anti-fraud/exclusion/index.htm). The Contracting entity shall require the Contractor to immediately inform the Contracting entity of a true accusation, complaint or information in relation to an offence or any sanction related to the Order. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to keep books and records of all financial transactions and expenses related to the Order. The Contracting Authority reserves the right for Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) and the European Investment Bank (EIB), in connection with the allegation of a criminal offence, to view the books and registers of the Contractor in connection with the Order and to make copies of documents, unless prohibited by law. Information on the on-site inspection carried out by the Contractor, referred to in Article 131(2) of the PPL: The Contracting Authority requires the submission of a bid after the Contractor has made an on-site inspection in order to become familiar with the Ordering Party's environment. The Contractor must notify the Contracting Authority by e-mail to the following address: zamowienia@starachowice.eu willingness to participate in the vision two days in advance, but not later than 10 days before the deadline for submitting tenders, i.e. by 12.06.2023. The vision can take place on working days from 9.00 to 14.00. Participation in the on-site inspection will be confirmed by an appropriate letter - a protocol of participation in the vision. In the case of Contractors acting jointly, the Contracting Authority requires at least one of the Contractors to carry out the above-mentioned vision. The contractor cannot carry out the on-site inspection himself. Any extension of the deadline for submitting tenders will not affect the deadline for submitting a desire to participate in the on-site inspection. REMARK! Pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the PPL, the contracting authority will reject the bid if it is submitted without an on-site inspection.
