The subject of the Order is:
• in the scope of Part I, supply of fuel oil to the Placówek Podlaski Branch of the Border Guard in the quantities indicated in the description of the object of the contract as set out in Annex 1a to the SWZ;
• in the scope of Part II, supply of fuel oil to the Placówek Podlaski Branch of the Border Guard in the quantities indicated in the description of the object of the contract as set out in Annex No 1b to the SWZ;
The subject of the contract is the supply of fuel oil in the amount of up to 222,584 liters with the following technical parameters: light fuel oil PN-C-96024-L-1, specified by the PN-C-96024:2020-12 standard or equivalent to the facilities of the Podlaskie Border Guard Unit indicated in the table below.
The Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions to the subject matter of the contract described by the Polish Standard transferring the European standard under the principles laid down in Article 101 of the PZP Law.
Heating oil must meet the following requirements:
a) flash point – not lower than 56°C,
b) density at 15°C – not more than 860 kg/m3,
(c) calorific value — not less than 42,6 MJ/kg,
(d) water content — not more than 200 mg/kg,
(e) residue after ingestion — not more than 0,01% (m/m),
(f) sulphur content — not more than 0,10% (m/m),
(g) kinematic viscosity at 20 st. C — not more than 6,00 mm2/s,
h) flow temperature max (-20 st. C).
The subject of the contract is the supply of heating oil in the amount of up to 187 416.00 liters with technical parameters: light fuel oil PN-C-96024-L-1, specified by the PN-C-96024:2020-12 standard or equivalent to the facilities of the Podlasie Border Guard Branch indicated in the table below.
