The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited real estate located in the municipality of Łużna. A detailed description of the contract in question is set out in the Material Terms of Reference.

The scope of the subject of the contract includes the collection and management of the following waste:

- mixed and segregated (paper, plastics and metal, glass, biodegradable) created on residential property,

- mixed and segregated (paper, plastics and metal, glass, biodegradable) created on uninhabited real estate,

- mixed and segregated arising on real estate owned by the municipality of Łużna,

- used tires, waste electrical and electronic equipment, bulky waste.

Estimated amount of mixed waste for collection and management in 2020 - approx. 920 Mg.

Estimated amount of segregated waste for collection and management in 2020 - approx. 430 Mg (including: plastics and metals, glass, paper, biodegradable - approx. 209 Mg, renovation and construction waste, bulky and multimaterial waste, tires, waste) dangerous, electrical and electronic equipment - approx. 221 Mg).

The Purchaser reserves that the amounts given are estimates and are primarily used to estimate the cost of providing the service. Due to the necessity of collecting the amount of waste other than the indicated one, the Contractor will not be able to claim damages.
