The aim of the procurement is to cover the need at any one time for textiles within the municipality's entities in a good quality and cost efficient way Furthermore, the aim of the framework agreement is, amongst other things, a reduced impact on the environment, consumption management, level-headedness, and control of consumption. The framework agreement will ensure good cooperation with a loyal cooperation partner with good knowledge and experience, who is continually able to comply with the purpose of the framework agreement.
