Description:
Delivery of grand pianos and pianos for the National Forum of Music Witold Lutosławski

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of pianos and grand pianos described below for the National Forum of Music Witold Lutosławski in Wroclaw. The delivery of the subject of the contract should be understood as the delivery of the above items to the Employer's headquarters or to the place indicated by the Employer.

2. In particular, the contract shall include the supply of the following instruments:

a) 5 Yamaha U1 Q PE acoustic pianos (121 cm) or equivalent;

b) 1 Yamaha N1X digital piano or equivalent;

c) 1 Yamaha C7X piano - 227 cm, or equivalent;

d) 1 Yamaha C2X piano - 173 cm, or equivalent.

3. The minimum warranty period for the instrument referred to in point 2a, c and d should be min. 60 months from the date of final acceptance of the instrument. The minimum warranty period for the instrument referred to in item 2b should be min. 24 months from the date of final acceptance of the instrument.

4. A detailed description of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the ToR.

Delivery of acoustic pianos and grand pianos

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of pianos and grand pianos for NFM. The delivery of the subject of the contract should be understood as the delivery of the above items to the Employer's headquarters or to the place indicated by the Employer.

2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract:

2.1. delivery of a brand new Yamaha U1Q PE acoustic piano or equivalent, not part of the exhibition - 5 pieces;

2.2. delivery of a brand new Yamaha C2X PE acoustic piano or equivalent, not part of the exhibition - 1 item;

2.3. delivery of a brand new Yamaha C7X PE or equivalent acoustic grand piano, not part of the exhibition - 1 item

3. Presentation of instruments.

3.1. In order to confirm that the offered instruments meet the requirements specified by the Employer, the Employer requests a presentation of the offered instruments.

3.2. The Awarding Entity for each presentation (offer) will grant a point value according to the following guidelines, with a point value in the range between 48 and 72 points will mean full compliance with the Awarding Entity's requirements. Values lower than 48 points will mean that the offered Instruments do not comply with the Employer's requirements. An offer that will receive a value below 48 points will be rejected due to non-compliance with the ToR.

3.3. The awarding entity will assign to each of the examined offers the number of points from 0 to a maximum of 72 points for all 4 types of instruments, i.e. from 0 to 18 for a single instrument.

3.4. The presentation will take place with the participation of the Contractor and experts appointed by the Employer.

3.5. To ensure equal treatment of Contractors, the Employer shall ensure the following test procedure:

- tests of each Instrument will be carried out in one and the same room, guaranteeing constant parameters of the acoustic environment;

- tests of each Instrument will be carried out by a team of experts designated by the Employer in one and the same composition;

- each of the appointed experts will have experience guaranteeing the possibility of assessing Instruments in terms of technical efficiency and musical qualities required for this type of implementation based on the parameters contained in the Instrument Assessment Table.

3.6. Points awarded for sound qualities described below in the table. Points will be awarded for each instrument separately by experts on the basis of instrument tests carried out at the Employer's premises. The supply of instruments for testing includes transport, installation, assembly and first tuning. If the Contractor fails to provide instruments for testing, or fails to provide all types of instruments required by the Employer, the Employer will reject the offer of this Economic Operator pursuant to art. 89 paragraph 1 item 2 of the Public Procurement Law. After the presentation, the Contractors are obliged to immediately collect the instruments at their own expense from the Employer's headquarters. Each of the experts will assess the instrument by awarding points from the table below from 0 to 18. In the case of more than one expert, the rating of a given instrument will be the arithmetic average of the expert ratings.

3.7. Instrument evaluation table

Sound color - richness of the tone color in the whole dynamic scale: poor - 0 points, average - 2 points, satisfying - 4 points, very rich - 6 points.

Equalized sound across the entire scale of the instrument: misaligned - 0 points, average - 2 points, satisfactory - 4 points, very well balanced - 6 points.

Mechanism precision: imprecise - 0 points, average - 2 points, satisfying - 4 points, high precision - 6 points.

4. The minimum warranty period for the instrument should be min. 60 months from the date of final acceptance of the instrument.

Digital piano delivery

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a digital piano for NFM. The delivery of the subject of the contract should be understood as the delivery of the above items to the Employer's headquarters or to the place indicated by the Employer.

2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract:

2.1. Delivery of a new factory non-exhibition digital hybrid piano (combination of acoustic piano mechanics with a sound module and a dedicated acoustic system) Yamaha model Avantgrand N1X or equivalent - 1 item

3. The minimum warranty period for the instrument should be min. 24 months from the date of final acceptance of the instrument.

4. The detailed scope of the order is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.
