The contracting authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with 1 supplier for a period of 2 years, with the possibility of extending this period 2 times by 1 year, for the provision of Chromebooks with pen and with appropriate professional services.

The framework agreement has a maximum duration of 4 years from the date stated in the closing letter by the contracting authority.

The contracting authority also requires appropriate services for the structural management of the equipment (management platform, maintenance, repair and insurance).

It is estimated that 1500 (thousand five hundred) devices will be purchased.

If the offered device is no longer up to date or is no longer manufactured, a different model may be offered in consultation with the contracting authority.

If the conditions are not competitive, the contracting authority may decide to consult the market again.
