The City of Copenhagen offers public transport between schools and swimming pools. An agreement is requested with a supplier to ensure flexibility.

Appendix O. The conditions of tendering that form the procedural framework for tendering.

- the CSR requirements of the City of Copenhagen (Annex 2),

- The City of Copenhagen requirements for invoices and statistics (Appendix 3),

- Appendix B. Requirement specification, which describes the requirements for the supplier, the runs, and information about the individual schools / institutions (becomes appendix 4 to the framework agreement),

- Appendix C. Tender form. (becomes Annex 5 to the Framework Agreement),

- Appendix D. List of tenderers' vehicles that are invited on the trip. To be completed and uploaded in Mercell,

- Appendix E. List of swim runs. NOTE several tabs,

- Annex F. Requirements for aggregate information from invoices,

- Annex G. Request for guarantee document.

The single European call for tender (the "ESPD") must be completed electronically in Mercell (not enclosed as an appendix, see section 4.1).
